How do I pay my rent?
You may make your electronic payment through your residence portal, mail your check to the leasing office, or drop your payment by the leasing office and grab a drink.
Is there an application fee?
Yes, there is an application fee of $55 per adult that is currently being waived to save you $$!
Do you allow pets?
All shared lease units are pet friendly with a pet deposit and monthly pet rent. Individual bedroom leases are not pet friendly.
What are your deposits?
$800 for shared leases; $400 for individual bedroom leases.

What furniture is provided?
Individual bedroom units have furnished commons areas in the living room and kitchen. At Redwood Cove and The Edge, your bedroom may be furnished or unfurnished--your choice. At Pomona Townhomes, your bedroom is ❝design your own❞ and unfurnished.
Can I still live off-campus if I don’t have a car?
Yes, we are only minutes from CSUC by bike and some properties are minutes by foot.
What is included in the rent?
Each property is different with a pool or clubhouse amenity or being located very close to CSU Chico or the bus line to Butte Community College.
