How do I apply for a Student Housing in Chico, CA?

Is there an application fee?

Yes, there is an application fee of $30

Do you allow pets?

No pets are allowed

What are your deposits?

$350-$600

What happens if I lose my key?

During office hours they can stop by the office with photo ID to obtain another key. After hours we do not provide a lock out service.

Are Internet and cable connection included?

All units have cable and internet connections but the service is not included. Some units so have internet and cable service included (furnished units at Redwood Cove)

How can I view an apartment?

530-879-9222 contact us, email, text “rentchico” to 47464, or fill out the contact us on the website to make an appointment to tour the property.

Can I still live off-campus if I don’t have a car?

Yes, we are only minutes from CSUC by bike and some properties are minutes by foot.

What is included in the rent?

Depends on the property. Parking, Pool, fitness room, some properties do not include utilities, some units have all utilities included.

What furniture is provided?

Furnished units at Redwood Cove have fully furnished living rooms, bedrooms and fully stocked kitchenware and linens.

How do I pay my rent?

Online at paylease.com or in the office by check or money order.

We have 5 different properties at numerous locations.
