How do I apply for a Student Housing in Chico, CA?

Is there an application fee?

Yes, there is an application fee of $55 per adult.

Do you allow pets?

All shared lease units are pet friendly with a pet deposit and monthly pet rent. Individual bedroom leases are not pet friendly.

What are your deposits?

$800 for shared leases; $400 for individual bedroom leases.

What happens if I lose my key?

During office hours they can stop by the office with photo ID to obtain another key. After hours we do not provide lock out service.

Are Internet and cable connection included?

Shared lease units have cable and internet connections but the service is not included. Individual bedroom leases include high speed WiFi.

How can I view an apartment?

Can I still live off-campus if I don’t have a car?

Yes, we are only minutes from CSUC by bike and some properties are minutes by foot.

What is included in the rent?

Each property is different with a pool or clubhouse amenity or being located very close to CSU Chico or the bus line to Butte Community College.

What furniture is provided?

Individual bedroom units have furnished commons areas in the living room and kitchen. At Redwood Cove and The Edge, your bedroom may be furnished or unfurnished--your choice.

How do I pay my rent?

You may make your electronic payment through your residence portal, mail your check to the leasing office, or drop your payment by the leasing office and grab a drink.
